3. Our contract with you

How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

Minor changes to the products. We may change the product:
to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; andto implement minor technical adjustments and improvements. These changes will not affect your use of the product.We may update or require you to update the App.

5. App Product
5.1 Ongoing services or a subscription for ongoing digital content.
Our subscription services operate on a renewal basis according to the subscription package you have selected i.e Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly. Please note that on renewal the costs for your chosen subscription may exclude any discounts that may have been applied to the initial subscription purchase. Renewal may be at the current cost of the subscription, excluding any discounts.

5.2 Subscription Information
Downloading the Grow with Anna App is free of charge. Once users register, you will need to subscribe to get access to the Digital Product(s).

App Payments All app subscription payments are handled through the Apple and Google app stores and are under their
terms and conditions. All web subscription payments are handled by Stripe and are bound by these terms
and conditions.

5.3 Ongoing services or a subscription for ongoing digital content.
PLEASE NOTE: Depending on which country you are in, VAT may be added to the price, according to Apple
and Android legislation. For payments made via web, conversion to your home currency will be handled by your account provider and a conversion fee may be charged for this process.

5.4 Subscription Information
Other currencies are set by Apple or Google directly. For payments made via web, conversion to your

Subscribing will give you access to all features the App offers. If you decide to purchase the App, you agree to instantly pay the price shown upon confirmation of purchase.

Payment will be charged to the payment account linked to the card (if you are subscribing via web) or
account you are using (the Apple or Google account connected to your device).

If it is not cancelled earlier on, a subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of
the current subscription period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription
period. You have the right to manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off at any point after purchase.

*Free and Lifetime Grow with Anna App access offers are available to new users only

Lifetime Access means access to the App for the period during which the App is commercially operated by Grow with Anna.

If Grow with Anna discontinues the Service, or materially changes it so that the original access is no longer reasonably provided, the access will end on the date of discontinuation. No further refund or service is due beyond that date.

Lifetime Access purchase does not guarantee that the Service will continue in its current form for the entire term of your lifetime, nor does it guarantee that the Service will never be terminated or altered.

The amount you paid for your App access upon purchase is non-refundable even if your subscription is terminated early.

6. Refunds

. Once you purchase the App, the App is immediately available to you and you will not be able
to change your mind and receive a refund. You were made aware of this prior to ordering and agreed to
this when ordering.

7. Price and payment

Where to find the price for the product: The price of the App will be the price indicated on the website and website checkout when you placed your order.

8. How we may use your personal information

We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Sensitive Data By entering menstrual cycle, fertility, reproductive health or similar information into the App, you acknowledge this is sensitive health data. We collect and process such data only to provide App features and with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time; some features may become unavailable if you do so.

Data Protection We will not sell or share your sensitive health data with third parties for advertising purposes. Any anonymised or aggregated data will not identify you. We implement appropriate security measures to protect all sensitive data and will notify you of any data breaches as required by law.

International Transfers Your data may be stored or processed outside your country of residence. We ensure that any international data transfers comply with applicable legal safeguards.

The Services are provided for informational, educational and wellness purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Cycle Workout Recommendations Any cycle phase workouts recommended by the App are not to be relied upon for critical health decisions or management.

Pregnancy and Medical Conditions If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any pre-existing medical condition or injury, or are taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before using the App. Stop using the App and seek medical attention if you experience adverse symptoms.
