Absolutely! All of our workouts and plans are adaptable for all levels. Anna will guide you and motivate you, plus you can go at your own pace. If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with bodyweight only and building up until you feel stronger!
The App has workouts and plans that are perfect for home and outdoor training - with minimal equipment required. Ideally you have a mat, and if you are looking to build strength we recommend you use dumbbells and you can increase your weight as you progress.
